Setting a clear emotional objective before a meeting helps you identify what emotional state you want to accomplish in the meeting.
By mindfully selecting one emotion before a meeting, it will help you ensure that you are centered and ready to contribute meaningfully to the discussion.
Write down that emotion on a cue card/diary.
Make sure you refer to this written note during the meeting to be fully aware.
